Because each item is individually handmade, slight variations in:

• Texture
• Finish
• Dimensions
• Weight

are normal and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes only. Colors may vary due to monitor settings, lighting, and the handmade production process.

Anthro Warehouse products are intended for responsible adult use only.

Customers are solely responsible for:

• Using products safely.
• Following all included care instructions.
• Inspecting products before each use.
• Using products only as intended.

Products should never be modified, altered, or used in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.

Orders are not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed.

Anthro Warehouse reserves the right to:

• Refuse service.
• Cancel orders.
• Limit quantities purchased.
• Correct pricing errors.
• Cancel orders resulting from website errors or inaccuracies.

If an order is canceled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.

Estimated production and shipping times are estimates only.

Anthro Warehouse is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Shipping carriers
• Weather
• Customs
• Incorrect shipping addresses
• Events outside our reasonable control

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package has been delivered to the shipping carrier, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Due to the intimate nature of our products, opened or used items cannot be returned or exchanged except where required by law or covered under our Limited Warranty.

If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact us promptly so we can assist you.

Products are covered only by the Anthro Warehouse Limited Warranty.

The Limited Warranty is incorporated into these Terms by reference and governs all warranty claims.

• Logos
• Branding

• Text
• Graphics

is the exclusive property of Anthro Warehouse unless otherwise noted.

You agree not to:

Anthro Warehouse disclaims all other warranties, whether express or implied, including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except where such disclaimers are prohibited by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Anthro Warehouse's total liability arising from any claim relating to a product or purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for that product.

Anthro Warehouse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, possession, use, misuse, inability to use, or performance of any product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anthro Warehouse, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your misuse of a product.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any applicable law.
• Your infringement of the rights of another person or entity.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles, except where superseded by applicable federal or non-waivable state consumer protection laws.

Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Anthro Warehouse may update these Terms from time to time.
