While we design our items to be durable and long-lasting, proper care and handling are essential to maintain their condition—especially with softer firmness options, which can be more sensitive to environmental factors and misuse.

Materials & Safety

All Anthro Warehouse products are made from 100% platinum-cure silicone.
Platinum silicone is non-porous, hypoallergenic, non-toxic, phthalate-free, and temperature resistant.
Our materials are designed to remain stable over time and will not leach harmful chemicals when used as intended.
Because silicone is non-porous, our products are easy to clean and sanitize.

Cleaning & Sanitizing

Clean your product before first use and after every use.
Wash using warm water and mild soap or a dedicated toy cleaner.
For deeper sanitization, platinum silicone products may be:
- Boiled
- Run through the dishwasher (top rack, no detergent)
- Soaked briefly in a 10% bleach solution, then thoroughly rinsed

With proper care, our products can last for many years.

Drying & Storage

Allow your product to dry completely before storage.
Store in a clean, dry place, such as a fabric pouch, clean towel, or sealed bag.
We recommend storing Anthro Warehouse products separately from items made by other brands or materials.
Some materials—such as vinyl, jelly rubber, or lower-grade silicone blends—can react with platinum silicone and cause permanent damage.

Lubricant Compatibility

Use only high-quality water-based or oil-based lubricants.
Do not use silicone-based lubricants, as they may damage silicone products.
Avoid household oils, petroleum jelly, lotions, food-based products, or novelty substances, as these can degrade the material or create hygiene issues.
If testing a new lubricant or product, we strongly recommend testing a small amount on an inconspicuous area first.

Handling Guidelines

Do not bite, cut, puncture, or intentionally scratch your product.
Avoid prolonged exposure to extreme heat, direct sunlight, or harsh chemicals.

Anthro Warehouse is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper use, modification, or care of our products, or from failure to follow the guidelines outlined above.

Urban Gear Guarantee

Anthro Warehouse products are crafted with care using high-quality materials. Select products are covered by a one (1) year limited manufacturing warranty, subject to the terms and exclusions outlined below.

Warranty Coverage

Anthro Warehouse warrants eligible products for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase against defects resulting from faulty materials or workmanship.

If a qualifying defect is identified and reported within the warranty period, Anthro Warehouse will, at its discretion:

Repair the product, or
Replace the product with an equivalent item

Replacement products are provided at no cost for the item itself.

What the Warranty Covers

Manufacturing defects that affect the intended function of the product
Issues caused by faulty materials or production errors

What the Warranty Does NOT Cover

This warranty does not cover:

Cosmetic changes or surface wear resulting from normal use
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper care, or accidents
Damage caused by incompatible lubricants, cleaning agents, or storage conditions
Products that have been altered, modified, cut, or intentionally damaged
Normal variations inherent to hand-crafted or small-batch products

Any attempt to modify a product will immediately void the warranty.

Submitting a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, customers must:

Contact Anthro Warehouse support within the warranty period
Provide proof of purchase showing the original purchase date

If a return is required, the product must be sent back with an issued Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Products returned without an RMA may be refused.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Shipping fees are non-refundable
