Every Anthro Warehouse product is handcrafted and poured from 100% platinum-cure silicone.

 While platinum silicone is extremely durable, softer firmness options are naturally more susceptible to cuts, punctures, and surface damage than firmer products. 

Treat your toy with care to ensure the longest possible lifespan.

Every Anthro Warehouse toy is lightly dusted with silicone finishing powder before packaging. This protective coating helps prevent dust and lint from sticking to the silicone during storage and shipping.

Before using your toy for the first time, wash it thoroughly to remove the finishing powder.

• Wash with warm water and a mild, fragrance-free soap or a toy-safe cleaner.
• Gently rub every surface using your hands.
• Spend a little extra time cleaning the fine sculpted textures, folds, wrinkles, veins, and recessed details.
• Rinse thoroughly under clean running water.
• Dry completely with a clean, lint-free towel or allow the toy to air dry before use.

Avoid abrasive scrub pads, steel wool, or stiff brushes, as these can damage the silicone's surface!

For additional sanitation beyond normal washing, platinum-cure silicone can safely withstand several sanitizing methods.

• Bring clean water to a rolling boil.
• Carefully place the toy into the boiling water.
• Boil for 3–5 minutes.
• Remove carefully and allow the toy to cool completely before handling.
• If possible, prevent the toy from resting directly against the bottom or sides of the pot.

For additional disinfection, your toy may be sanitized using a 10% bleach solution.

Mix:

1 part unscented household bleach

9 parts clean water

Steps:

• Immerse the toy with the solution.
• Allow the solution to remain on the toy for approximately 10 minutes.
• Rinse thoroughly with warm running water.
• Wash again using mild soap and warm water.
• Dry completely before storage.
• Never use undiluted bleach directly on your toy.

To preserve your Anthro Warehouse product, we recommend using water-based lubricants only. Do not use silicone-based lubricants with Anthro Warehouse products. Both the lubricant and the toy are silicone-based materials, some formulations can interact with the surface of platinum silicone. This may cause the toy to become tacky, swell, soften, or permanently damage the toy.

• Proper storage helps preserve your toy's appearance and extend its lifespan.
• We recommend:
• Cleaning your toy before storage. *See above section*
• Allowing it to dry completely.
• Preventing toys from touching during storage.
• Using a clean fabric pouch or dedicated storage is recommended.
• Keeping your toy in a cool, dry place away from prolonged direct sunlight.

Avoiding prolonged contact with toys made by other manufacturers or from different materials.

Some materials such as vinyl, jelly rubber, TPE, PVC, or lower-grade silicone blends may chemically react with platinum silicone and permanently damage the surface.

To help maximize the lifespan of your product:

• Do not bite, cut, puncture, or intentionally scratch the silicone.
• Avoid contact with sharp objects.
• Do not expose your toy to open flames.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to excessive heat outside of approved sanitizing methods.
• Avoid harsh solvents such as acetone, mineral spirits, or lacquer thinner.
• Inspect your toy before each use for cuts, tears, or unusual damage.

Minor cosmetic wear over time is normal. However, discontinue use if significant damage develops that may make the product difficult to clean safely.
